1. Using the service
These terms apply to your use of Social Campaign, also known in the workspace as Campaign Copilot. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to act for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account and permissions
Provide accurate account and business information, protect access to your email and workspace, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized use. Connect only social accounts, Pages and advertising assets you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for reviewing the permissions you grant.
3. Campaigns and advertising spend
Review your content, destination links, targeting, budgets and selected accounts before approving campaign actions. Connected platforms control ad review, delivery, billing and account eligibility. Preparing or submitting a campaign does not guarantee approval or delivery.
Advertising spend charged by a connected platform is separate from your Social Campaign subscription. You are responsible for the budgets and advertising charges you authorize. Disconnecting an account or leaving this service does not necessarily pause live ads; check and manage active campaigns directly with the advertising platform.
4. AI content and performance estimates
AI-generated text, images and analysis may contain errors or unsuitable material. Review outputs for accuracy, rights, claims and platform requirements before use. Forecasts and budget scenarios are estimates, not guarantees of sales, reach, conversions or profit. You remain responsible for the campaign materials you approve.
5. Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in the content you supply. You authorize us and the service providers involved in your requested features to store, process and transmit that content to operate the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted materials and their advertising use.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, unauthorized access, spam, malware or attempts to bypass security or usage limits. Follow the rules of each connected advertising platform and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
6. Plans, fees and usage limits
Features, prices, billing intervals and generation allowances are shown in the Plans and Billing areas. Paid plans may require activation before paid features become available. Review the applicable charges and activation details before proceeding. Contact support about billing errors, cancellation or refund requests; any applicable purchase terms and statutory rights continue to apply.
7. Availability and third-party services
Features depend on service availability, provider quotas and third-party integrations. Interruptions, delays or changes may affect generation, publishing and reporting. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific advertising results. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Suspension and ending use
Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, security concerns, unpaid charges or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and contact support to request account closure. Before leaving, review active ads and any outstanding platform charges. See our data deletion instructions for requests concerning stored information.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
You are responsible for your business decisions, approved content and authorized advertising activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of fitness for a particular campaign or business outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. These terms may change as the service develops; the latest revision date appears above. For questions about these terms or your account, use our Contact page.
