1. About this policy
This policy describes how Social Campaign, also known in the workspace as Campaign Copilot, handles information when you use our website, campaign workspace and support features. It applies to information processed through our service. Connected platforms have their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
We process the information you provide when creating an account, setting up your business and using the workspace. This includes your email address, name, business profile, website, industry, budget preferences and uploaded business logo.
Campaign information includes product links, descriptions, images, prompts, generated content, audiences, budgets, saved drafts, publishing status and performance reports. We also process subscription and usage records, support conversations and notification preferences. Technical records can include request logs, device or browser information and errors needed to operate the service.
4. How information is used and shared
We use information to authenticate users, save work, provide campaign analysis and creative generation, manage plan allowances, deliver notifications, respond to support requests and investigate service errors or misuse.
Information needed for these features is processed by service providers, including hosting, email delivery, AI generation and connected social platforms. For example, product information, prompts and selected images may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce analysis or creative content. Avoid including confidential or sensitive personal information in prompts or campaign materials.
Authorized support and administration staff may access information needed to assist you and operate the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse or security incidents.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The service uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage to support features such as saved campaign progress and display preferences. Notification features may store a device subscription if you enable them. You can clear browser storage, block cookies or change notification permissions in your browser; doing so may sign you out or prevent some features from working.
6. Retention and security
Account and campaign information is stored to provide your workspace and maintain service records. Retention depends on the type of information, your account activity, support needs and applicable record-keeping requirements. Deletion requests may require checks for records that must be retained, and backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle. No online service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and data deletion
You can update available profile fields in your workspace, disconnect social accounts and manage browser notification permissions. To request access, correction or deletion of account or connected-platform data, use the support options on our Contact page. Include your registered email address, identify the account or campaign involved, and state whether you want specific data or your entire account deleted. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We may need to verify account ownership before handling your request. We will explain any information needed to process it and any records that must be retained. Deleting data from Social Campaign does not itself remove campaigns or records held separately by Facebook, Instagram or other providers; manage those records with the relevant platform.
8. Updates and questions
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. For questions about this policy or how your information is handled, visit our Contact page.
3. Connected Facebook and Instagram accounts
When you connect a social account, we process the authorization tokens and identifiers made available through the permissions you grant. Depending on your connection, this can include accessible ad accounts, Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, campaign details and advertising performance data.
We use this information to display your available assets, prepare and manage campaigns you request, and retrieve results. You can disconnect an account in Connected Accounts or revoke authorization through the connected platform. Disconnecting does not automatically delete saved campaign records or stop ads already running on that platform.
